TimeWithKids.com has  been in operation for years under the name of parentingforyou.com.  You may see references to that name in a few of the old videos we have on this site.

The concept was born out of parents and educators of early childhood children asking questions about child development.

Diana Acheson has been teaching children from 1982.  She has a Bachelors degree from the QLD Conservatorium of Music, a Graduate Degree in Education from USQ and has been a mentor for Kindermusik International since 2003.

In her many roles as educator, curriculum writer and national speaker, Diana has trained parents, families, children and early childhood specialists in the area of child and brain development.

She has a vast array of knowledge of children with special needs and has been working with them since 1982.  Diana is trained and certified to use The Listening Program, a wonderful tool for those children and adults with auditory processing disorder.

Diana has won many international awards for her work with special needs children and in her role as a Kindermusik educator and mentor.  She loves to help parents understand more about their child’s development and feels that early childhood educators just don’t get enough training in child and brain development in their studies.

Her practical, easy to understand approach helps parents and educators alike to understand children better and to help them reach their potential.
